Octordle
About Octordle
The Octordle game is a popular spin-off of the Wordle game. Unlike the original game, you now have to guess eight words at once...
Octordle is similar to Wordle but differs in a few ways. There are eight words buried in the game at the same time, and each word has its own 13-line field. To get hints, you must first enter your words.
Press the Enter button after typing the first word, which should have the same amount of letters as the squares in one line (4 or 5 letters, depending on the settings). At the same time, the word will be entered in all eight fields.
The letters of the entered word will now change color in all areas, but most likely in different ways. This is due to the fact that these colors represent hints to the hidden word. The clues are also varied since the wording are different.
A correctly guessed letter is indicated by the color green. This letter is in the correct location. The color yellow indicates that this letter is present in the hidden word, but in a different location or locations. The absence of a letter in the word is indicated by the gray hue.
Please notice that the keyboard buttons change color for each playing field and word separately for your convenience. Continue typing words to receive suggestions and uncover all eight hidden words. To win, you must correctly guess all of the words.
How to play Octordle
You have up to 13 tries to guess 8 words in one game. There are grids dedicated to each of the eight words. Octordle is essentially a multitasking version of Wordle, with eight parallel grids running at once. The eight grids add a major level of challenge to the overall experience, making it both unpleasant and gratifying.
